54. . . . Fletcher Cox (2012). 13. player

It was obvious from day one that Fletcher Cox would be one of the great Philadelphia Eagles.

During his time with the Philadelphia Eagles, Fletcher Cox played his way onto six Pro Bowl rosters after beginning his era in Philly as a member of the Pro Football Writers of America’s All-Rookie Team in 2012. To no one’s surprise, that eventually helped him earn his place on the NFL 2010s All-Decade Team.

His greatness was obvious, and it was obvious early. From day one, he’s been on a collision course with his destiny, having his bust carved and placed in the Pro Football Hall of Fame when his playing days are over.

Fletch will forever be remembered as a member of the first-ever Super Bowl-winning Eagles team. He earned a First-team All-Pro nod in 2018. He’s also been named a Second-Team All-Pro three times. Perhaps he would have found his way onto the first team on a few more occasions had it not been for a guy by the name of Aaron Donald.

Certain players are synonymous with various eras of Eagles football. Number 91 has played for Andy Reid, Chip Kelly Doug Pederson, and Nick Sirianni, and for most of that time, he’s been the best player on Philadelphia’s roster regardless of position. Throw his name on a list of men who can be considered as being one of the best decisions this team has ever made.
