Say it with us if you haven’t already. Miles Sanders is due a bounceback season in 2022.

Philly has other options as well, and they’re solid (Boston Scott and Kenneth Gainwell), so we won’t concern ourselves too much if he’s back to 2019’s standard of play with Gainwell and Scott being given more touches, so…

The real question is this? Can he accumulate more than 1000 yards rushing with fewer touches? It won’t be easy, but it isn’t impossible. Philly has a better O-Line, a better defense, and great depth. Also, they’re an offense that loves running the ball to set up their steadily improving and developing QB, Jalen Hurts, with a much more dangerous arsenal of weapons.

In short, a healthier Miles Sanders means more explosive plays are on the way. Figure 1.5 to two more explosive plays per every two-game stretch, and 59 all-purpose yards per game on the ground for a 17-game stretch sounds like an easy task.

The Eagle’s offense is going to hum and hum often in 2022. We can all see that, and Sanders will absolutely be one of the beneficiaries of the additions the Eagles’ brass has made, namely A.J. Brown. Boobie attacks holes. He runs between the tackle and hits open spaces as well as some of the best, and it’s been a joy to watch.

Miles Sanders will be a household name after his 2022 campaign. We hope you guys are locked in on him and this Eagles team in 2022. Any playoff push this team makes will probably be attributable to the contributions Boobie makes en route to 1000-plus yards from scrimmage yards season.
