It has also been mentioned the Eagles have one of the easiest schedules in the NFL, as the team ranks 30th in the strength of schedule (.464). The rest of the NFC East teeters around that same number as well with the New York Giants ranking 29th and the Dallas Cowboys, and Washington Commanders being tied for 31st.

Even though a lot of people consider the NFC East to be football’s weakest division, one full of beatable opponents, every team could surprise some people and each other. The Cowboys are still the cream of the crop as they won all six games versus NFC East competition a season ago. The Eagles were a .500 team in the division with a 3-3 record.

Each NFC East team also played one of the toughest divisions in all of football last season, the AFC West. This time around, they’ll face the AFC South, perhaps the conference’s worst.
