The back-to-back NFL MVP leads the Green and Gold to Philly in a pivotal meeting of 2 NFC powerhouses.
This game should be it. The game for the Philadelphia Eagles to show they are among the NFC’s very best. This future meetup between Aaron Rodgers and now a way more experienced Jalen Hurts is definitely among the best we will see in 2022. If Hurts is up for the challenge, it could massively impact his uncertain retention by the Eagles past this season.
Rodgers did lose his top weapon in Davante Adams this offseason and his impact can’t even begin to be replaced. However, they did grab a potentially lethal deep target in Christian Watson in this past draft though. Lazard and Sammy Watkins are some decent veteran weapons on the outside as well.
The Pack is equipped with a devastating backfield duo in Jones and Dillon that are paved easy lanes with a more than the solid offensive line. This rushing offense could be one of the few in the NFC that could be better than the Eagles. Aaron Jones is a lethal runner with elite passing skills and AJ Dillon is an absolute thumper between the tackles that has surprisingly soft hands as well.
Philly has to come ready to tackle against this Green Bay offense, but they do have a well-equipped secondary to compete against this Pack wide receiver corps. This game is sure to be a 2022 NFC game to remember and could be a potential foreshadowing of the 2022 NFC Playoffs…
Would love to hear below the offenses you guys believe are the top opposition to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2022. This schedule of theirs has some intriguing matchups. August can’t get here fast enough!
