The Philadelphia Eagles should be fun to watch during the 2022-2023 NFL season.

We have to keep pinching ourselves to make sure this isn’t a long dream that we don’t want to wake up from. The Philadelphia Eagles‘ draft-night trade that brought A.J. Brown to town and the immediate four-year, $100 million extension he was given upgraded the offense in ways that, truthfully, we haven’t taken the time to really ponder. Let’s do some of that now!

Eagles play-by-play radio announcer, the great Merrill Reese, once said the best trio of wide receivers that he ever saw was DeSean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin, and Jason Avant. Something tells us that Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Quez Watkins will do some damage too.

They aren’t just talented individually. They’re going to create opportunities for each other and the rest of the stars on this Eagles offense. You can write that down.

With so much attention being paid to those three, Miles Sanders will see his opportunities for big plays. With Brown and Smith creating headaches on the outside and Watkins’ ability to take the top off of defenses, Dallas Goedert will be able to dominate underneath as a security blanket for Jalen Hurts.

Much is expected of Goedert and rightfully so. He’s an elite-level tight end, and not having to share snaps with Zach Ertz will lead to more production from him.

He’s one of the Eagles’ obvious long-term building blocks on what’s become a rather impressive roster. Here are three other guys that you’ll want to watch as well. They’re our breakout candidates on the offensive side of the ball for the 2022 Eagles season, and guess what?

We didn’t even have to bring up what we hope will be a standout season by third-year signal-caller Jalen Hurts. Are you interested? We thought you might be!
