Game day approaches, and the Cardinals are heavily on the Eagles’ minds.

If you’re one of those people who are worried about the Philadelphia Eagles losing focus or reading the press releases about how good they are, don’t be. This is without question one of the more mature and insanely focused teams that we’ve seen this organization field in years.

Their bond resembles that of the 2017 version. What’s interesting is this team, when they put it all together, might prove to be more talented. Then, there’s a bonus. They have, perhaps, the most mature 24-year-old to ever walk the planet leading them on offense.

Jalen Hurts concluded his most recent sit-down with the Philly media by stating he wasn’t asked any questions about the Arizona Cardinals and that the precedent that’s potentially set by doing so should be avoided. “This is a good football team”. Those were his words before exiting stage left.

Let-downs? We doubt that they’ll occur. At some point, the Eagles may lose to a team that they were better than, but it won’t be because they looked past them. The next speedbump in their journey is a 2-2 Arizona Cardinals team at the site of Hurts’ second-ever career start, State Farm Stadium.

He’ll duel with Kyler Murray, one of the more talked about and gifted young signal-callers in the game, but make no mistake about it. He isn’t Arizona’s only weapon. Here are ten Cards who are not named Kyler Murray that we’re sure the Eagles coaches are telling their team to focus on.
