That was a long seven days. Though we know this is not the case, it feels like it’s been two weeks since the Philadelphia Eagles ruined Doug Pederson’s homecoming and extended their winning streak to four games in as many weeks. Add the Jacksonville Jaguars to a list of Birds victims in 2022.

The next step in the journey involves a Week 5 visit to Glendale, Arizona to visit the Arizona Cardinals. The Eagles are favored. We won’t have to wait much longer to see if the winning streak ends. If Philly is successful, they will maintain first place in the NFC East.

Though we knew most of this ahead of gameday, the Philadelphia Eagles are without kicker Jake Elliott, cornerback Avonte Maddox, running back Boston Scott, left tackle Jordan Mailata, and linebacker/special teamer Kyron Johnson. Newcomer Janarius Robinson is a healthy scratch.

Offensive lineman Josh Sills, safety Reed Blankenship, and kicker Cameron Dicker are all active. All are making their Eagles debuts today.

The Cardinals have announced their inactives as well. They’re without their kicker Matt Prater as well as cornerback Trayvon Mullen, linebacker Jesse Luketa and a few others. Here’s the full report.
