It’s time for the Philadelphia Eagles to begin their 2023 playoff run, and it all starts tonight at Lincoln Financial Field.
The Giants have been playing good football of late, and upset the favored Minnesota Vikings on the road at U.S. Bank Stadium, relying on both the arms and legs of quarterback Daniel Jones.
The Eagles have been battling the injury bug a bit toward the end of the regular season. Did the Super Wildcard Weekend bye give Philadelphia a chance to heal up?
Here’s a quick look at players on both teams who have been ruled out as of this morning’s reports. Jalen Hurts did not appear on the injury reports this week, although there is still concern about his shoulder. His status will likely be updated closer to kickoff.

Eagles vs Giants: Philadelphia injuries and inactive players in NFL Playoff Divisional Round
A total of 13 Eagles appeared on the latest injury report from the team, most being attributed to “rest” in preparation for the NFL Playoffs.
OUT:
Cornerback Avonte Maddox: Maddox did not practice this week and has been ruled out for the game against the Giants
PROBABLE:
Offensive tackle Lane Johnson: Still dealing with a couple of nagging injuries, Johnson was a full participant in the late-week practices. He will start the game, but it remains to be seen if his groin injury will force him out early.
Defensive end Robert Quinn: Limited from practices early in the week, Quinn is likely a go against the Giants.
Defensive tackle Linval Joseph: The Eagles DT was a full participant in practice this week and looks to have recovered from his calf injury.
Defensive end Brandon Graham: Dealing with some illness, Graham is ready go for the playoff game.

Linebacker Azeez Ojulari: The second-year player was activated from injured reserve on Dec. 3, but is still listed as questionable with a quad injury.

UPDATE: The Eagles released their final inactives reports 90 minutes ahead of kickoff. Veteran safety Anthony Harris was elevated from the practice squad to the 53-man roster on Friiday, but he’s a healthy scratch.
