For the second time in six years, the Philadelphia Eagles are back in the Super Bowl. This time, they’ll face the Kansas City Chiefs, who will be making their third Super Bowl appearance in four years.

This game is going to be a duel between the two No. 1 seeds from each conference, and if the betting odds are any indication, it’s going to be a close battle.

Let’s dive into those betting odds and then I’ll give you my best bet for the game.

Super Bowl 57 Chiefs vs. Eagles prediction and pick

All season long, people talked about the San Francisco 49ers having the best defense in the NFL, but in my opinion, it’s actually the Eagles who have the best defense in the league. Despite winning the NFC, they’re still a highly underrated unit.

Heading into the Super Bowl, the Eagles rank first in the NFL in opponent yards per play (4.7), first in opponent yards per pass attempt (5.4), and first in sack percentage (11.49%).

Not only that, but the Chiefs are going to struggle to exploit the Eagles defense one weakness, their inability to stop the run. The Eagles rank 24th in opponent yards per carry, but only 27.82% of the yards gained by the Chiefs come on the ground, which ranks 27th in the league.

Another thing to keep an eye on is the Chiefs red zone defense, which has been a sore spot for them all season. They rank 30th in the NFL in opponent red zone touchdown percentage, allowing their opponents to score a touchdown on 65.57% of their red zone trips against them.

Now they have to face an Eagles offense that’s third in red zone touchdown scoring percentage, scoring a touchdown on 68.57% of their red zone trips.

Give me the Eagles all day long. Fly Eagles Fly.
