“We can joke around later. I’m ready to go”. Cue the Bat-Signal as those were the words of Mr. Swole himself, A.J. Brown as he sat with or the national media for a final time. Ladies and gentlemen, the Super Bowl is an entirely different animal. As you might expect, the owner of the Philadelphia Eagles franchise record for receiving yards by a wide receiver is all business. That shouldn’t shock anyone though.

The 2022-2023 iteration of Philly’s Birds has been laser-focused all season. That’s been the mantra of this team, one that has been preached by everyone from their head coach and QB1, Nick Sirianni and Jalen Hurts, down to each member of the practice squad and everyone in between.

A.J. Brown wasn’t rude. He never is, but as kickoff approaches, we’ve never seen him more locked in. Frankly, we couldn’t be more pumped about that.

A.J. Brown is done with the Super Bowl hype and can’t wait to get on the field of play with his Eagles teammates.

As mentioned, A.J. Brown spoke with the media for a final time on Thursday. We can’t say it enough (partially because we enjoy doing so), but Swole Batman is on a business trip. He’s the owner of a gentle spirit. He jokes around a lot, but trust us on this one. He doesn’t play.

Let that sink in for a second. It will hit you later.

"I’m just ready for Sunday! It’s been a circus. The media and everything, this whole week… I’m just trying to get ready to play ball on Sunday. I’m getting. myself ready for a game, you know?"

Did we mention that he’s locked in? No pregame parties for this guy!

Unfortunately for Number 11, once the big day arrives and football’s biggest game kicks off, the three-ring nature of the Super Bowl will be amplified in ways that Brown and most of his teammates still haven’t seen. That’s okay though. This team has guys and a leadership structure that has experienced this before.

A.J. and his Eagles teammates have had a singular goal all season. They’re on the verge of accomplishing it. Nothing is going to stop them. Expect their most focused and best effort all season. One should never call victories before they happen, but once that occurs and the rubber meets the road, we could be talking about the second Vince Lombardi Trophy in franchise history. How sweet will that be?

Hot. X-factors that will help decide the Super Bowl. light
