If the Eagles look for replacements for Fletcher Cox in the 2023 NFL Draft, they will have a wealth of options.

You’ve heard the story so many times that, at this point, it feels like we’d be insulting your intelligence by repeating it. For 11 seasons, Fletcher Cox played his way into the conversation of being one of the greatest Philadelphia Eagles of all time and a future Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee, but the most recent campaign may have been his final tour of duty.

He’s now one of 20 impending free agents that the Eagles have to make a decision on, and even though the Birds drafted Jordan Davis last year and both Milton Williams and Marlon Tuipulotu in 2021, it isn’t out of the realm of possibility that they’d draft another prospect seeing as how Fletch, Javon Hargrave, Ndamukong Suh, and Linval Joseph could all be playing elsewhere next season.

Let’s talk about some prospects that make sense.

Honorable mentions:

Nesta Jade Silvera (Arizona State),  Darius Robinson (Missouri), Dante Stills (WVU), Jaden Crumedy (Mississippi State), Moro Ojomo (Texas)

Nesta Jade Silvera enjoyed a solid showing at the Senior Bowl. Darius Robinson appeared in all 13 of the Missouri Tigers games this season and started ten. Dante Stills, Jaden Crumedy, and Moro Ojomo are all names to watch, but they’re all slightly outside of our top ten of the best defensive tackle prospects in this class.

We had this discussion a few months ago and released our list of the best interior defensive linemen that will enter the NFL in 2023 as rookies. Consider this a touch-up.  Here are the guys that make our cut now. There have been a few notable adjustments.
