NFL Scouting Combine schedule: Full day-by-day breakdown
There’s more to an NFL Scouting Combine than seeing the next crop of NFL stars run the 40-yard dash. Believe it or not, there are other workout drills, and no, we aren’t just discussing the vertical and broad jump. The NCAA’s top prospects have been invited to Indianapolis for pro football’s largest scouting event, and representatives of all 32 teams including the Philadelphia Eagles are in attendance.
There are orientations scheduled for each position group before they partake in pre-exams, team interviews, press conferences, and, yes, the workouts. This is also the first time that prospects are present for the duration of the event. In years past, they hung around for about three days.
