When you have a moment, sit down with some of your younger relatives and have a conversation with your nieces and nephews or your sons and daughters. Talk to them about Blockbuster Video and where Netflix started. Try telling them that we used to rent VHS tapes for three days before taking them back to avoid a late fee. Tell them that we used to ask Netflix to mail us a DVD before we mailed it back to them a few days later. Heck, show them some old clips of the NFL Draft (if you can find the VHS recording and a VCR to play it on). Tell them there was no Facebook. Here’s a promise. Some of the looks they’ll give you will be priceless.

We have all come a long way, haven’t we? Heck, the Philadelphia Eagles used to share a stadium with the Phillies, but whether we’re discussing VHS rentals or the coming selection meeting, one thing is certain. Everything evolves over time.

The National Football League has found a way to package the best product on television. It’s the only show that is featured on all of the major networks: ESPN (Disney/ABC), CBS, FOX, and NBC. From an entertainment standpoint, they have found a way of making everything feel like a must-see event (the coming NFL Draft will draw more viewers than some NBA Playoff games). The coming selection meeting is also further evidence that we have evolved, this time as consumers.

Fans have ‘cut the cord’ so to speak, and they have dismantled those satellites. Expect football fans everywhere to stream the 2023 NFL Draft. Here’s how you do so.

Here is how you can watch the NFL Draft with and without cable.

This year, the NFL Draft will be hosted in downtown Kansas City, Missouri in the area surrounding Union Station and the National WWI Museum and Memorial. If you’re attending, check out VisitKC for additional information on local attractions and events. Here’s your guide for viewing.
