The Philadelphia Eagles enter the 2023 NFL Draft with six-total selections. Most importantly, they have two picks in the first round with one of them being tenth overall. It’s the perfect opportunity for general manager Howie Roseman and company to find the next franchise player to build around.

This offseason is a pivotal moment in Eagles history. The team is coming off just it’s fourth Super Bowl appearance in franchise history but lost plenty of talent in free agency due to salary cap limitations. Fortunately, Philly signed their franchise quarterback Jalen Hurts to a contract extension and still have plenty of star players on both sides of the ball. However, there are still holes on the roster. This draft is critical to fill in some of the pieces that departed and get the Eagles back on track for bringing home another championship.

With six total selections and two picks on Day One, Philadelphia is in perfect position to bring in some top talent. Here are their picks going into the draft. The Eagles have four of their own picks, plus two they have acquired from other teams. With draft day trades, this could be subject to change.

  • Round 1, pick 10 (From New Orleans Saints, in exchange for 2022 first-round selection, plus other picks in 2022)
  • Round 1, pick 30
  • Round 2, pick 62
  • Round 3, pick 94
  • Round 7, pick 219 (From Minnesota Vikings, in exchange for wide receiver Jalen Reagor in August 2022)
  • Round 7, pick 248

Recapping the picks the Eagles traded away

Noticeably absent from the Eagles’ picks are several mid to late round draft selections that happen on Day Three. Philadelphia previously traded these picks away to bring in veteran talent during the 2021 and 2022 seasons.

  • Round 4, pick 133 (to Chicago, in exchange for defensive end Robert Quinn in October 2022)
  • Round 5, 165 (to New Orleans, plus 2024 sixth-round pick in exchange for safety C. J. Gardner-Johnson and a 2025 seventh-round selection in August 2022)
  • Round 6, pick 208 (to Jacksonville, plus cornerback Jameson Houston, in exchange for cornerback Josiah Scott in May 2021)
