Well folks, if Jonthan Gannon wasn’t already firmly fixated in Philadelphia Eagles lore as one of the most infamous names in this great franchise’s history, he most certainly hasn’t done himself any favors to climb out of that hole now. Meanwhile, one of the NFL’s favorite families earns a Pro Football Hall of Fame nod… It just isn’t for one of the guys you’re thinking.

And, you thought the conversations were only about NCAA prospects and NFL mock drafts at this time of the year… Fasten those seat belts. Let’s take a ride.

Eagles news: Jonathan Gannon takes a shot at the Philly media. But, what on Earth is he talking about?

Welp, we figured Jonathan Gannon’s return to the City of Brotherly Love wasn’t going to be one where he found a parade waiting for him. Perhaps you have heard. He’s a goat around these parts, and we don’t mean the good or legendary kind!

J.G.’s Arizona Cardinals visit Lincoln Financial Field to battle the Philadelphia Eagles this season. We’re a few months from having to discuss that one in further detail, but Gannon always seems to imagine new ways to position himself in Philly’s crosshairs.

Have you heard? During the Cards’ reveal of their new jerseys, he says the Philly media wanted him fired.

First of all, the media never said they wanted him fired, nor would they. Second, why would you say this?

Philadelphia isn’t the type of city that you want to get charged up. We’re talking about a town that is home to pizza parlors that refused the San Francisco 49ers service during their most recent visit.

In short, Philly is built differently. J.G. just painted a target on his back. Expect him to have a hard time upon his return this season.

More Eagles news: The NFL’s new first family gets some great news as Donna Kelce finds her way into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Had you told us at this time last year that Donna Kelce would have beaten her sons, Jason and Travis into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, we probably wouldn’t have beaten you up about it. Hey, in this crazy world that we live in, you never know what might go down.

Sure, we would have asked you for further detail, but we definitely wouldn’t have dismissed what you were saying.

Lo and behold, Mama Kelce has done it! The jersey she wore at Super Bowl LVII is now hanging in Canton, Ohio. Her future Hall of Famers couldn’t be any happier. take a look.

Guess what? We love it! Something tells us that Jason and Travis will join her there one day.
