In 2023, Eagles Dallas Goedert will reach 1,000 yards receiving. You are all on notice.

The Philadelphia Eagles have so many weapons on their offense that it can sometimes be easy to forget that their tight end, Dallas Goedert, is one of their most dangerous. A  steady and reliable target for franchise quarterback Jalen Hurts, Number 88 is a weapon on third down and in the red zone but think about something. How often do you discuss this roster and mention five or more guys before you find yourself bringing him up?

Last season, The Birds came close to ending the regular season with three players topping 1,000 yards receiving. DeVonta Smith crossed the threshold. So did A.J. Brown. Goedert would have been the third, but an unfortunate injury and time missed kept him from adding his name to the 1,000 yards receiving club.

It is crazy when you think about it, knowing that a single offensive attack can have that much firepower, but Philly also knows how to use it. That’s why they’re so dangerous. Dallas Goedert has quickly become one of the NFL’s best tight ends, and in the coming campaign we expect him to finally reach the 1k club.

Let’s look at why Goedert will hit the 1,000 receiving milestone this year and also cement his place as one the best tight ends in the NFL.
