There have been some big names already announced on the Philadelphia Eagles as being cut, but it appears the offense gets the first looks at players removed from the roster.
Offensive lineman Kenyon Green and rookie sixth-round pick quarterback Kyle McCord were the big two reported on Monday as being cut. Both guys could be up for the practice squad, but they were not alone in this.
Multiple reporters have also added four more offensive players being cut from the team as well:
- Keilan Robinson, RB
- Montrell Johnson Jr., RB
- E.J. Jenkins, TE
- Nick Muse, TE
What the Eagles are losing in the four offensive players name
Johnson was the star of the group as he had a stellar preseason. He led the team in rushing yards with 77 and added a touchdown on the ground. It wouldn't come as a shock to anyone if Johnson ends up on the practice squad.
Jenkins is another one that should be on the practice squad after he had a spot on there last year. He caught five passes for 41 yards during the preseason.
Muse had a nice offseason workout, creating some buzz, but was unable to provide that same magic during training camp. He finished the preseason with two catches for 13 yards.
Robinson had a horrible start to the preseason with 18 carries for 33 yards in two games. He was able to bounce back nicely against the New York Jets, but only averaged 2.1 yards a carry in three games.

It's only a small portion of what Eagles fans can expected for who will be cut from the team. The final roster for the offense is starting to come into clear picture, but more decisions are needed to be made.
