At the time of this story's write-up, we have seen a lead change change and two ties. A bomb from Jalen Hurts to DeVonta Smith gave the Philadelphia Eagles their second seven-point lead of the second half.

Take a look. This one is a beauty.

Jalen has played well. He's had one or two dangerous throws, but overall, he's been as good as one could ask him to be.

There is bad news to report. Philly's most experienced cornerback is dealing with an injury.

Darius Slay is questionable to return to the Eagles' Week 8 game vs. the Bengals due to a groin injury.

Lane Johnson left the field for one play after what looked like an ankle roll. He returned and was able to finish his day's work. Jack Stoll was also banged up, but another important injury must be mentioned.

Darius Slay left the field of play and entered the locker room. Unfortunately, he wouldn't return.

Per official team report, he's dealing with a groin injury. He was first ruled questionable but eventually ruled out of the game's finish.

Isaiah Rodgers replaced Slay in the lineup. Stoll's injury meant Grant Calcaterra was the only healthy option the Birds had in the lineup at the position.
