Remember that stat with Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert where it was 15 games missed in the last three years? Yeah, go ahead and change that up to 16 games in the last four seasons.
Friday's final injury report for the Eagles came out before they face the Kansas City Chiefs in a Super Bowl rematch. They will have to play the game without at least three of their players who have been ruled out of the game.
Goedert is the most notable name on the list, as a new knee sprain injury popped up this week and has not practiced at all this week, so he is out. Running back Will Shipley's oblique/rib injury will keep him out, which is less of a surprise, as many have said he is looking at a month or two of being out of action. Rookie offensive lineman Cameron Williams is the last listed as out, as he is dealing with a shoulder injury.
Another key injury to note with some uncertainty is quarterback Tanner McKee as he works through his fractured right thumb injury. McKee was limited in practice and is listed as questionable for the game.
The good news is that Landon Dickerson's back injury will not keep him out of the game after he left early in the 24-20 win over the Dallas Cowboys last week. Edge rusher Jalyx Hunt was a full participant in practice with a hip injury and will also be ready to play.

What now for the Eagles with three players out for the game?
Goedert's injury is obviously the most impactful. He led the team in receptions last week with seven and has become a security blanket for Jalen Hurts. That's a big receiving target to lose in the passing game.
Grant Calcaterra becomes the next man up as he performed well in Goedert's absence last year with 24 receptions and one touchdown. Watch for Kylen Granson to get some significant action as well in his first season with the team.
Shipley's status was no surprise, which is why the Eagles traded for Tank Bigsby from the Jacksonville Jaguars earlier in the week. A.J. Dillon will be Saquon Barkley's backup, while Bigsby should get more action on special teams.
If McKee's back, that would be a surprise, as it should be Sam Howell serving as the backup at quarterback once again. The Eagles have done enough with the depth of the offensive line that it's not the worst thing to have Williams inactive.

The injury report could be a lot worse for the Eagles, as the Chiefs are dealing with a banged-up roster on their end. Philly should still be set up to be good to go against them.
