Okay, we give up. We've tried to keep a coach's mindset about this. We did all we could to adopt the 'it's time to begin the climb again' theory, but we're struggling. All we keep thinking about is Cooper DeJean's pick-six and that final bomb from Jalen Hurts to DeVonta Smith to put Super Bowl LIX on ice.

That's when it hit us. We aren't players, coaches, or members of the front office. It's their job to get back in the lab to get ready to win another one. We talk about this team for a living. Fortunately, we get to celebrate for as long as we want to.

We'll get to the coming NFL Scouting Combine in a moment. Right now, we're still buzzing from all of the content released by NFL Films and the Eagles' social media team.

We'd like to thank the Eagles' social media team for releasing the pre-Super Bowl speeches shared by the captains in their team meeting.

You've probably learned by now that social media has its advantages. It's always cool when you reconnect with friends or family members you haven't seen in a while. When you receive anonymous threats from a guy you've never heard of, it can sometimes be enough to make one mute their notifications.

Thankfully, the Philadelphia Eagles employ the best social media team in the NFL. Their all-access behind-the-scenes show, Unscripted, delivered the goods with its Super Bowl edition. Here's an excerpt from their pregame team meeting featuring a couple of speeches from two of the team's captains and the NFL's Offensive Player of the Year.

Here are two more from Lane Johnson and Saquon Barkley. They had absolutely no doubts that they were the better team and the Eagles would win the Super Bowl.

The T-shirts Lane is referring to were worn by members of the Chiefs' offensive line during their victory parade two years ago. It appears Jalen wasn't the only person who was "changed" by losing Super Bowl LVII.

It's closing in on two weeks since the Eagles won Super Bowl LIX, and every time we look at this, we begin looking for a wall to run through. There's a deeper moral to this story though.

Never poke bears. It never ends well for the offending party.
