Yep. This feels better. What a difference a week makes. Exactly seven days ago, many wondered whether the Philadelphia Eagles locker room was fractured. It isn't.

The Birds danced all over the Pittsburgh Steelers, winning the game by two scores. It appears they have regained their swagger. The mental health of the media and the NFL's most loyal fan base seems intact.

There's a difference between struggling to outlast one of football's bottom-feeders and beating a division leader convincingly. Ten straight Eagles wins is a franchise record. Three NFC East clashes will end the season, but first, let's span the web.

Eagles news: Michael Vick is now the head coach of the Norfolk State Spartans.

Once an Eagle, always an Eagle, right? Well, maybe that isn't always the case, but hey, we watch FS1's The Facility. The only reason we do so is because of LeSean McCoy. Emmanuel Acho also has some ties to the organization, but you get what we're saying.

Yeah... Once a Bird, always a BIrd.

Michael Vick made some headlines. He's following in Eddie George and Deion Sanders' footsteps. George is the head coach at one of our great nation's most respected HBCU's (Tennessee State). Coach Prime, before leading the Colorado Buffaloes, was the HC at Jackson State.

Get used to saying 'Coach Vick'. Mike takes over at Norfolk State in his home state, Virginia.

Vick also enjoyed discussions with the Sacramento State Hornets about their head-coaching job, but he'll infuse more excitement into the MEAC Conference now. We wish him luck writing the next chapter of his football life.

More Eagles news: Quinyon Mitchell is now the favorite to win the NFL's Defensive Rookie of the Year Award.

We had to mention this one. Quinyon Mitchell watch continues as 'Quinyanamo Bay' references grow steam.

Q has passed Jared Verse on most sportsbooks and is now the favorite to win the NFL's Defensive Rookie of the Year Award. Per DraftKings, he has odds of +100. The top five is rounded out by Jared Verse (+140), Chop Robinson (+900), Braden Fiske (+1400), and Tarheeb Still (+1400).

Odds refresh periodically and are subject to change, but the rook looks good, and we think his brilliant season will continue.
