Well, look at it this way. Actually, we can sit here and toss around a couple of takeaways. The first is this. Think about those long summer months when the Philadelphia Eagles were off and it was hard to find anything to talk about. That hasn't been a a problem for a while now, has it? As far as we're concerned, this is fun.
Here's the other thing. We realize drama moves the needle in media. Trust us when we tell you that we try to avoid most of it when it occurs. Some of it can be unavoidable depending on what's transpiring and who's speaking.
So, when an NFL Hall of Famer comes out of hiding to confront an Eagles legend on social media, we hope you can understand why we think that deserves a mention.

Eagles news: Eric Dickerson takes to X to express his displeasure with LeSean McCoy.
There have been, shall we say, mixed opinions about how Eric Dickerson has handled himself as Saquon Barkley closed in on his single-season rushing record. Some have complained. Our guy LeSean McCoy has been very vocal on FS1's The Facility.
It appears that Shady has gotten to the Pro Football Hall of Famer, so much so that Dickerson took to his social media account to respond to one of our favorite franchise legends. Sure, we're peddling drama here, but we thought you'd find this to be interesting.

There's a lot we can unpack there. Though he never mentions Shady by name, he did tag him on the post. Here's where we'll leave this while trying to stay out of the verbal tussle as best we can.
Erick Dickerson is a legend for whom we have a lot of respect. We've also seen him stand up radio shows recently, 94 WIP-FM's Morning Show for instance. We're sad it took this to bring him to the microphone.

One day, we'll look back on this Eagles season and discuss great moves made by Howie Roseman. Zack Baun's acquisition will cretainly top that list. He's one of the great signings Philly's vice president and general manager has made recently.
He has also cashed in thanks to being named a Pro Bowler. He'll likely sit in Week 18 vs. the New York Giants, but he'll do so with a heavier bank account. He's earned $500,000 for landing on the NFL's all-star team.
