The Philadelphia Eagles know a thing or two about destroying dynasties, and they emphatically reminded the world of that in Super Bowl 59.
RELATED: Cooper DeJean wastes no time announcing himself as a legit star on biggest stage
Not since the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' performance in Super Bowl 55 have we seen such an ass-whooping handed to the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Eagles dialed that up well beyond 11. Cooper DeJean – the Eagles' rookie corner playing in the Super Bowl on his birthday – got things off to a great start when he picked off Mahomes midway through the second quarter. It was the first of two interceptions the Eagles' defense had in the first half, and was a precursor to how things would go the rest of the night.
And what if I told you that Nick Sirianni had exactly the reaction you'd expect him to, given the moment and the stage? One of the NFL's 10,000 different on-field cameras picked up Sirianni's reaction throughout the entire pick six, and it's the type of video that'll go down so smooth paired with a glass of celebratory champagne.
Or, maybe, six.

On one hand, that's kind of exactly what I expect from Nick Sirianni at this point. No one ever has, or ever will, accuse him of being too stoic. Quite frankly, it'd be weird if he didn't react that way, given how this season has gone. Casual Super Bowl watches may be new to the Sirianni experience, but anyone who's watched the Eagles at any point during this season knows this is pretty standard, par-for-the-course behavior.
On the other hand, it's still kinda wild. He certainly is one of one.
No one can really blame him for getting this caught up in the moment – it is the Super Bowl, after all.
Siranni is perhaps the most Philly Guy ever to be a head coach for the Eagles, and this reaction sums it all up perfectly. He's Philly to the core -- maybe he'll climb a street lamp after the game, too.
