Fantasy football owners rostering Jalen Hurts will be pleased with this update
The 2024 season has already set an all-time record with 13 million users playing ESPN Fantasy football, and if you were lucky enough to have drafted Jalen Hurts on your roster, you are likely happy with your decision.
The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback is likely one of the MVPs on your Fantasy roster. He's certainly been outshining the competition.
Jalen Hurts ranks among the five best offensive players in all of Fantasy football.
After Week 11, Jalen Hurts sits in the five best offensive players in terms of Fantasy scorers. He's third overall. Let's take a look at the rankings:
Rank | Player | Fantasy Points |
---|---|---|
1 | Lamar Jackson | 273.44 |
2 | Derrick Henry | 226.1 |
3 | Jalen Hurts | 225.58 |
4 | Ja'Marr Chase | 225.2 |
5 | Josh Allen | 223.32 |
Josh Allen is the only player who has played 11 games. The Buffalo Bills have yet to reach their bye week yet. Behind Allen is another Eagle, running back Saquon Barkley (219.7 points).
But, let's get back to Hurts.
QB1 has collected 2,614 total yards and scored 23 total touchdowns. He averages 22.56 points per game. He's ranked second among all quarterbacks.
He has often been compared to Patrick Mahomes. Jalen is head of shoulders above Mahomes in this list though. The Kansas City Chiefs signal-caller ranks 13th among quarterbacks and 30th overall.
Hurts is dangerous with his legs. That helps. He has scored 11 rushing touchdowns. Thank the Brotherly Shove for that. Last Thursday's showdown against the Washington Commanders was the first time in six weeks tha he didn't produce at least two touchdowns.
Expect to see Hurts excel next week against the Rams. They are ranked 15th vs. the run as of Monday (MNF is still pending).
It will likely be a difficult feat to keep Hurts deadlocked. Rostered on 99.9% of all Fantasy teams, you'll want to keep him in your lineup.
