Eagles QB1 Jalen Hurts rocks an illegal pair of cleats for Super Bowl LIX

Jalen Hurts can at times be a renegade, and for whatever reason, we love it when he decides to act like one.

No one ever has to question Jalen Hurts' taste in cleats. He's a genius with this. There's only problem. The NFL's watchful gaze has often given the Philadelphia Eagles' QB1 a side-eye of sorts when it comes to his footwear.

No team that we can remember has ever been slapped for so many fines because of the kicks they choose to rock.

But, what's that saying? No one likes us? You know the rest...

Then again, the Birds may not be able to play the 'everyone is against us card', at least not on Super Bowl Sunday.

It feels like the most of the world wants to see the Kansas City Chiefs' reign of terror end, but that won't stop league offices from terrorizing our squad again.

We've seen A.J. Brown get fined for wearing bright cleats so his daughter would have an easy time spotting him. This time, QB1 will no doubt be under the microscope again, this time for wearing a nice-looking pair of Jordans.

Jalen Hurts plays the renegade role again, and you know what? We kind of like it when he does,

First, there was the fine for wearing the cleats that didn't match. Don't look now, but he's breaking the rules again.

Per NFL rules, players are to wear black or white cleats or a pair that is an official team color. Jalen is wearing 'Bred" Jordan 1 cleats which is, yes, an exaggeration.

Every once in a while, we see this renegade personality from Jalen Hurts, and you know what? We kind of dig it.

Jalen will no doubt be fined for his choice in cleats, but no one cares. This is all about the Vince Lombardi Trophy!
