Wake up early, and plug into those news channels. November 5th figures to be a busy day. We've reached the deadline. Important decisions will be made. Oh, and there's also a presidential election to settle. We're teasing of course, sort of. Election Day is important, but keep one eye on the NFL landscape. The Philadelphia Eagles and each if the NFL's other 31 teams have until 4 p.m. EST to finalize any trades they may be negotiating.

Pro football's trade deadline can go either way. We've seen Philly make moves (Jay Ajayi). We've seen them sit idle. Vic Fangio and many others will argue that juggling the roster this late in the season doesn't normally lead to much, but rumor has it that the Birds may be looking to unload someone.

Reports surface stating the Eagles may be looking to trade Bryce Huff.

Bryce Huff agreed to terms on a massive three-year, $51 million deal with the Philadelphia Eagles on March 13th. We'd be willing to bet Howie Roseman and his staff are probably entertaining some buyer's remorse.

Huff hasn't produced much. In Week 9 vs. the Jacksonville Jaguars he played six defensive snaps...

SIX!

Ruch Eisen invited NFL Tom Pelissero on his show to gauge the temperature with the trade deadline looming. Pelissero named, you guessed it Bryce Huff. No one will be disappointed if his theory proves accurate.

Eight tackles... 1.5 sacks... Three additional hits on the opposing QB. That's what Bryce's 199 defensive snaps and three special teams plays have produced this season.

When asked about his seat on the bench after Philly's win on Sunday, rather than tell us the truth, that Bryce sucks, he gave us an explanation about some sort of hand injury.

Now, we haven't heard about that hand injury beforehand, nor have we heard much about it since the game ended. Oh well... Apparently, that isn't the point.

The moral of this story is the possibility of the Eagles ridding themselves of Huff seems unrealistic, but we'd be fine with this if that were to happen. At this point, after what we've seen, we'll take just about anything.

Hopefully, no one has been watching him closely.
