At some point, we're going to have to begin relying on silver linings in dark clouds and every 'little victory' that we can find. We haven't seen a flawless Philadelphia Eagles victory yet. Something tells us that we won't see one for a while this season, if ever.
Everything looks like it's a struggle, every yard and drive. Five games are gone, and there doesn't seem to be any signs that things will get any easier.
The next stop in the journey leads us to MetLife Stadium, where Jalen Hurts always seems to struggle. Philly's games vs. the New York Giants are always ugly. This one will be as well.
The Giants aren't very good, but they're better than they appear to be. Did that make any sense?
