Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts has won a Super Bowl, he's become one of the highest-paid players in the NFL, and he's solidified himself as one of the top QBs in the game.

So, what's left for him to do (other than helping his team go back-to-back)? How about mentoring rookies through their transition into the league?

Hurts took some time to share his wisdom with Cleveland Browns rookie Shedeur Sanders after their joint practice on Wednesday.

Hurts has some experience overcoming slim odds and outside noise to become a star. Now, he's sharing some of what he's learned with Sanders.

Per The Athletic's Zach Berman, the two quarterbacks had a long talk while Hurts gave Sanders a golf cart ride after practice.

Speaking to the media, Hurts said, "I'll keep the conversation intimate. We had a very lengthy conversation. He came to me and just wanted to talk. I'm always there...giving my perspective on what I see and how I've gone about things. Ultimately, it takes a great deal of patience and hard work and a sense of resilience. You've got to want it. You've got to want it. I'm supporting him from where I am and wishing him nothing but the best with his opportunities."

It's perfect advice from a quarterback who rose from being a backup to becoming one of the biggest superstars in the NFL in a short time.

Hurts's willingness to talk through things with a rookie on a different team just serves as a reminder of the kind of leader he is within his own locker room. Sure, the Eagles are loaded with veterans on offense, but Hurts has proven himself to be a leader on and off the field. The Eagles are relying on several young players to help them continue last season's dominance. Moments like this show what he can do for the young players on Philadelphia's roster.

Hurts and Sanders will both go through their professional careers with constant noise surrounding them. While they're on different levels as players, they're two of the most polarizing athletes in the sport. Hurts is in a position to help a young QB go through some of the same things he's experienced.
