Remember when many of us wanted the Philadelphia Eagles to fire Howie Roseman? What in the heck were we thinking? Okay, if we're being honest, Howie wasn't above reproach. It was hard to get over that decision to take Jalen Reagor over Justin Jefferson, but hey... No one is perfect, right?
At the time this story is being crafted, it's Valentine's Day. The Birds are enjoying their parade. Dates with the wives and girlfriends will follow, but that reminded us of something. No one does a 'make-up date' like good 'ol Howie.
Since the Reagor debacle, no one has been better than Philly's GM. He has since drafted DeVonta Smith and landed A.J. Brown through a draft-night trade. So, in that regard, things worked out because think about something for a second. If Jefferson is here, DeVonta is probably a New York Giant and A.J. probably isn't on the roster.

Milton Williams makes his intentions known as we'll soon be discussing the Eagles' free agents.
Speaking of Philly's roster, you may have heard. Once we're done partying, Howie Roseman must make decisions about 19 impending free agents. Decisions will have to be made about everyone from Zack Baun and Mekhi Becton to Isaiah Rodgers and Kenneth Gainwell... And, everyone in between.
Milton Williams is one of those impending free agents, and he's coming off of a massive night in Super Bowl LIX. He notched four total tackles. He scored an addition hit on the QB, a forced fumble, and fumble recovery. On Valentine's Day, he made his intentions known ahead of negotiating time.

Hearing him say Philly is "for sure" where he wants to be just made our heart sings. Earlier actions made us think he was more open to an exit.
Okay, that's our bad. It's been an emotional week. You understand, right? Okay, we're back on track, and we promise not to overreact again.
