The primary topic in Philadelphia has been the struggles of the offense for Eagles.
It's a hard thing to ignore when Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts has thrown for 253 yards and zero touchdowns in two games. Hurts is only averaging 5.6 yards per completion and doesn't have a receiver that is over 70 yards on the season.
Many have seen it as a bad look for the franchise, almost connecting it back to the 2023 season when the offense had their struggles with one-year offensive coordinator Brian Johnson. That end result was a nightmare for Eagles fans, with losing six of the last seven games.
Despite those struggles, the one common sentence that has been uttered by everyone within the Eagles fan base and franchise: "We are winning."
Nick Sirianni backs up those sentiments and more, defending the offense and Kevin Patullo
Sirianni spoke with the media on Monday where he wasn't afraid to echo those same words just used.
"We know it hasn't looked pretty. But we've found ways to win. By no means are we a finished product. We're figuring things out every week. Ultimately, it's about playing our best football by the end of the season. And we are in that process."

The Eagles have still managed to score over 20 points in both wins over the Cowboys and Chiefs, thanks in part to Hurts and Saquon Barkley hitting pay dirt for the offense. It has also helped to see kicker Jake Elliott make the most of his opportunities, converting all three of his field goals, with two from over 50 yards.
With that being said, it hasn't stopped many from criticizing Eagles offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo's play calling. Many have seen it as "bland" with a passing attack that has struggled to produce explosive plays. The Eagles have only completed three passes of over 10 yards this season.
Sirianni backed his coordinator and praised Patullo for how well he has communicated and worked with the offense, but also continued to emphasize the winning aspect.
"Just the knowledge of the players, the ability to have conversations and the connection he has with those guys," Sirianni said via The Athletic's Zach Berman. "Again, communication is so key because you're just constantly trying to work to get better, and he's got great open communication with all positions on offense. I think you see it in situational football, that might not be as obvious to you guys, but what we want to do in certain situations, you're way out in front of. That continuity in that aspect, knowing what the players do well, trying to emphasize what the players do well, and finding a way to win, I guess what we've been able to do the last two weeks, at times it hasn't looked pretty altogether, but we found a way to win."

Philly is in desperate need of opening the offense up and getting their top receivers, like A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, more involved. Week 3's showdown with the Los Angeles Rams will be a very telling sign of whether that will be the case or not, but it's also a chance for the Birds to go 3-0 on the season, which is the most important part.
