It has been a wild season for the Philadelphia Eagles after starting 8-2; they began to have a mini-collapse with three straight losses, but got back on track against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 15.
After allowing just 75 yards, Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts threw for three touchdowns, and Philly shut out the Raiders 31-0 in convincing fashion. It was the Eagles' most dominant performance of the season as they moved to 9-5 and are just one win away from taking the NFC East crown.
Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni was asked after the game what his message to the team was. Sirianni didn't want to reveal that secret.
"We will always keep those things in-house, but one thing was it was good to get a win," Sirianni said via The Athletic's Zach Berman.
Sirianni's speech in the locker room gave Eagles fans insight on the message
Despite Sirianni not opening up to the media like he has been with his messaging, the Eagles released some footage from inside the locker room after the game. Sirianni might have shown his hand on the message he had for the team after snapping the losing streak.
"We had that joy and confidence. What a great example of you control your joy. You control your confidence. What a great lesson for life? Nobody else."

The win puts the Eagles in a good position at 9-5 to win the NFC East and is still technically in the running for the NFC's number one seed. Philly needs one more win or one Dallas Cowboys loss to become the first back-to-back NFC East champions in 20 years.
There's been a ton of noise from the media and fans burying the team after the third straight loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. Many have considered the season a wrap, and there's no hope for it.

Even though they dominated a bad team, the Raiders, it was still a win they needed to gain some momentum going into the final three games of the season.
