A.J. Brown, wide receiver

For the Eagles to defeat their top threat to winning the NFC East, they will need their best playmakers to step up with huge performances. A.J. Brown has been exceptional through the first half of the season. Expect Hurts to look his way plenty once again this Sunday.

Might 'Mr. Always Open' have a few tricks like the following in his bag?

Brown is on quite the streak. He has gained over 125 yards receiving in each of the last six games for the Eagles. That's an NFL record. Only Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill (1,014 yards) has more. Brown's season total sits at 939 receiving yards as we enter Week 9.

Versus the Cowboys in 2022, Brown notched 11 receptions for 170 yards in two games. He also scored a touchdown. Dallas' defense has yet to allow a receiver to reach 100 or more yards against them this year. Can A.J. be the first to do so?

Will he be the first player this year to achieve that feat? It is possible with how well he has played over the previous six weeks.

Brown will see plenty of targets in this game for Philadelphia. After all, he needs to be heavily involved for the Eagles to have their best chance at winning in front of a raucous South Philly crowd. He is still capable of being a difference-maker whether or not he extends his yardage streak.

Statistical prediction for A.J. Brown - seven catches, 89 yards, one touchdown, nine targets
