The Eagles visit FedExField and the rival Commanders in Week 8 following a Week 7 victory by Philadelphia and an embarrassing loss by Washington.

The Philadelphia Eagles are aiming to win consecutive games following an unexpected loss to the New York Jets in Week 6. That loss snapped their five-game winning streak. Philadelphia redeemed themselves with a solid overall performance in Week 7 against the Miami Dolphins, but games versus division rivals are never easy.

Philly hopes to sweep the season series this week against another member of the NFC East, the Washington Commanders. Previously in Week 4, they battled in a close contest that needed to be settled in overtime. Jake Elliott kicked a game-winning field goal to give Philadelphia a 34-31 win.

Several Eagles impressed in that game: wide receiver A.J. Brown (nine catches, 175 yards, two touchdowns), linebacker Nicholas Morrow (three sacks), and Elliott (four field goals). Philadelphia will be looking for repeat performances from all of those guys.

The Commanders have given the Eagles all that they can handle in the past. Washington ended Philadelphia's undefeated start in 2022. Philly mustn't underestimate and play carelessly against them. Here are four Eagles who could make an impact during the upcoming game.
