The Studs

Greg Ward, wide receiver

Good for you Greg Ward! How about that catch on the TD bomb from Marcus Mariota? This one covered about 40 yards or so.

If you're Josh Jobe, who was beaten on the play, you don't want to be beaten deep by G-Ward, but Jobe had a nice breakup on an underthrown ball from Jalen Hurts to DeVonta Smith too.

Now, the elder statesman on Philly's depth chart at the wide receiver position, Greg made the most of an opportunity when the ball came his way.

Jalen Carter & Jordan Davis, interior defensive lineman

Jalen Carter and Jordan Davis have been all the rage and for good reason. The latter was the 13th overall selection of the 2022 NFL Draft which has slimmed down and shown better conditioning. The former is a top-ten choice from the most recent selection meeting. Both are turning heads and have consistently done things to get their coach's attention.

Enough said. It's going to be fun to watch these guys grow up together.

Olamide Zaccheaus, wide receiver

Who knew? Olamide Zaccheaus is shifty and fun to watch in space. Sure, he didn't have any pads on. Then again, his teammates didn't either. He'll get time with the second team, and as a result, see a few targets from Marcus Mariota as they have some familiarity with one another from their days as Atlanta Falcons. The battle for WR3 continues.
