Lie detector tests? We spent an entire offseason attending a Senior Bowl and an NFL Combine to prepare to watch the Philadelphia Eagles do work during an NFL Draft. How on Planet Earth did we arrive at an idea for the Birds to take lie-detector tests?
The answer is simple. The Eagles are home to the best social media team in the NFL.
Subscribing to the YouTube channel and following the Instagram, X, and TikTok pages are a killer way to spend one's time, even if you aren't an Eagles fan. Here's another reason why. While we tossed around Xs and Os theories during the first day of training camp, the Birds were handing us some 'LOL moments'.

Don't worry. If you're more stoic and serious in nature, you won't have an issues with finding content about training camp to keep you entertained. The men and women who cover this team for a living have been hard at work. Trust us. We're fans of theirs like you are, and we've been making sure our phones aren't kept on silent.

While TikTok may have your sons' and daughters' attention, the platform formerly known as Twitter is still as popular as ever with our Generation X and Y crowds.
As has been the case for years, many of the most trusted Eagles insiders still rely on X to get their messages out quickly. Follow a few of your favorite writers. Add them to a 'list', and you will stay abreast of everything happening.

There was a scare at the end of the second training camp practice. It appears that all is well though.
Jeremiah Trotter Jr. was dealing with leg cramps at the end of practice, an NFL source said. The #Eagles rookie LB was carted off the field, but he should be fine. https://t.co/VyskDvQsLj

Let's talk about great passes and even better catches
What's training camp without a few highlight-reel moements? Don't worry. Those won't be getting past your favorite Eagles insiders.
AJ Brown just had his first “wow” play of training camp. Got separation from Darius Slay on a go route during 7-on-7s, drew pass interference, had to readjust his helmet shell and still caught a 50-yard TD pass from Jalen Hurts. #Eagles

7-on-7, Hurts hits AJ Brown deep on over shoulder catch down sideline with Slay on him. Next play, Avonte nice PBU. #Eagles

Jalen Hurts had nice TD throw from distance on Wednesday. Today he hits AJ Brown on deep right sideline throw. Brown makes over shoulder catch in front of Slay

Devonta Smith with the catch of training camp so far. Grabbed a pass along the sideline that was heading out but he extended his arms fully and came down with it. Sick catch.

Here's a slow-motion look at the Jalen Hurts dish to Dallas Goedert on Wednesday. How about some appreciation for the spiral?

Okay, we're trying to be the cool cats here, but it's tough. It's hard not to look at our phones each time we receive notifications. You can blame posts like the one above for that being the case.
The first preseason game is an August 9th affair on the road versus the Baltimore Ravens. Week 1 of the regular season is in Brazil versus the Green Bay Packers. Everyone calm down (if you can). Let's try to employ some patience. It's a long road. We intend to enjoy every step of the journey.
Let's break down the huddle!
