Dallas Goedert shines early, scores his first touchdown of this young Eagles season
12 plays... 75 yards... Six points. Perfect is the word that comes to mind. The Philadelphia Eagles are the owners of a 4-0 record. They're looking to stay perfect on the 2023 NFL season in Inglewood.
The Los Angeles Rams won the toss and elected to defer. Philly marched right down the field. The beneficiary of a touchdown toss was tight end Dallas Goedert. That's his first of this young NFL season.

The Eagles are off to a great start in Inglewood.
Dallas Goedert caught all four of his targets on the first drive which is a perfect ratio. Jalen Hurts completed six of seven passes on Philly's 1st drive which is almost perfect.
The Eagles' offense is off to a good start in Inglewood. The Rams scored on their first drive (one of the 14-play variety). Dallas Goedert, with 52 yards receiving to close the first quarter, is already enjoying his best game of the season
No one's backing down. We have an early shootout... Sort of...
Okay, we're watching a 7-7 tie with one quarter in the books. L.A. isn't going to go away quietly.
