It has been a busy week. It began with Jason Kelce retiring and riding off into the sunset. It ends with news that the Philadelphia Eagles have been awarded with compensatory picks. Sound the alarm. Pop the champagne. Let's celebrate.

Okay, maybe that's a tad dramatic. It isn't that serious, but it is interesting. Let's get into the specifics.

The NFL announces its 2024 compensatory picks structure. Here's a look at each team's additional selections.

The Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers were both awarded a league-high five comp picks each. The Eagles, after losing a huge chunk of their core during the offseason in 2023, were given five.

Hey, we believe they should have been given five as well, but what are you going to do, right?

Anyway... Philly's additional draft collateral spans from Round 3 to Round 6. Their draft order is set. Here's the breakdown.

  • Round 1 - Pick 22
  • Round 2 - Pick 50 (via Saints)
  • Round 2 - Pick 53
  • Round 3 - Pick 97 (comp)
  • Round 5 - Pick 160 (via Buccaneers)
  • Round 5 - Pick 170 (comp)
  • Round 5 - Pick 171 (comp)
  • Round 6 - Pick 189
  • Round 6 - Pick 210 (comp)
