The Eagles versus Buccaneers game is one of the more intriguing clashes of the NFL's Week 3 slate. Here are a few bold and not-so-bold predictions.

For the third straight week, a different Eagle leads the offense in rushing yards.

The Eagles gave Kenneth Gainwell the most offensive touches during Week 1. He sustained a rib injury.

Philly gave D'Andre Swift 28 carries and three targets in Week 2. He notched a career-high in rushing yards. Heck, why would we believe that the Birds won't throw us another curve ball in Week 3 when that is all that they have done this season?

Here's what we're thinking. Someone other than Gainwell and Swift will lead the Eagles in rushing versus Tampa. Raise your hand if you believe that to be Jalen Hurts.

Hopefully, QB1 protects himself and takes minimal punishment.

A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith both eclipse 100 yards receiving. Dallas Goedert tacks on another 50.

The Birds have struggled to get their passing attack on track during the first two weeks of NFL action. Tampa isn't being talked about because of cornerback play, and if Carlton Davis III can't go or is hobbled by injuries, Philly's chances of airing it out increase.

We're thinking Jalen Hurts will find some rhythm in this one. 100-yard receiving days by DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown will come as a result. We'll even throw in an additional 50 yards for Dallas Goedert.
