The Eagles face Bill Belichick and his Patriots on a day when New England honors Tom Brady.

At long last, Philadelphia Eagles football takes its rightful place as the most important conversation in sports. Week 1 approaches. The Birds are scheduled for a game in Foxborough versus Bill Belichick and his New England Patriots. The game doubles as a day when N.E. honors Tom Brady. We would be worried if not for the fact that this is one of the most laser-focused Eagles teams that we have ever seen.

The Birds are led by one of the game's best young head coaches, Nick Sirianni. Their coordinators are new to their positions, but we trust them. Sean Desai and Brian Johnson are destined for greatness.

On the other sideline is the aforementioned Belichick. He is arguably the best to ever do it. We expect the Patriots' best effort, and that isn't just because of the emotion we'll see from the home team. We expect the opposition to be well-coached.

The Eagles have their hands full in Week 1, but they're the better team. We expect the good guys to win, but you should keep an eye on a couple of handfuls of Pats.
