Welp! Haason Reddick is a Jet! If it didn't settle in over the weekend, it most certainly did so on Monday. That's all they're talking about on Philly's sports stations. The Philadelphia Eagles issued a statement.

If you're still fuming over Philly moving on from one of their best players on defense, this next drop will be tough.

Ladies and gentlemen, the Eagles' statement via their X account.

We kept waiting on the accompanying post, one that read this was an April Fool's joke that began a few days early. It isn't coming folks! Mr. Reddick is in Gotham.

The Eagles, as you might have imagined, found their way into the discussion at Haason Reddick's introductory presser in New York.

At about the same time as Philly's thank-you post, Haason was addressing the New York media in Gotham, give or take a few minutes. As you might have imagined, the Birds were brought up.

On the subject of his exit, Reddick was expectantly professional. Thank The Athletic's Zack Rosenblatt for the drop.

Shortly after his arrival in New York, he took some time to thank Eagles Nation.

Again, we waited for the 'just kidding' post. It isn't coming, so we move on. With that, we place Reddick's tenure in our rearview mirror.

Number 7 earned two Pro Bowl nods in as many seasons in Philly. The attention shifts to Bryce Huff, Josh Sweat, Brandon Graham, and Nolan Smith. They're the pass rushers now. We'll see if Philly will express any interest in a pass rusher come draft time.
