The Philadelphia Eagles will get running back Kenneth Gainwell back in the lineup on Monday Night Football against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Gainwell, who missed Week 2 against the Minnesota Vikings with a rib injury, is not listed on the team’s injury report after practicing in full late in the week.

In Week 1, Gainwell was the lead back for the Eagles, carrying the ball 14 times for 54 yards and adding four catches for 20 yards. He should have a role alongside D’Andre Swift in Week 3.

Best Kenneth Gainwell prop bet for Week 3

Kenneth Gainwell UNDER 34.5 rushing yards

It may seem like a strange play to fade Gainwell on the ground, but he’s expected to split time with Swift in Week 3. Swift ran for over 100 yards in the Eagles’ win over Minnesota last week,.

If Gainwell sees a smaller workload on the ground, I think he’ll struggle to clear this number against a Bucs team that is allowing just 3.3 yards per carry this season (No. 5 in the NFL).

I think there is a chance Gainwell has a big game as a pass catcher, but this prop is a little too high for my liking when he’s not the clear-cut No. 1 option just yet.
