Is anyone else feeling like they had a long weekend? We certainly are! Week 5 in the NFL was our least favorite of the 2024-25 NFL regular-season campaign so far. There was no Philadelphia Eagles game to watch.

We certainly had our fill. We flipped back and forth from ESPN's College GameDay to FS1's Big Noon Kickoff. We were still up early on Sunday Morning watching the Miami Hurricanes put the finishing touches on a come-from-behind win over the California Golden Bears.

Then came Sunday. We woke up early to watch the Minnesota Vikings and New York Jets battle overseas. The action didn't conclude until the Dallas Cowboys unfortunately handed a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday morning.

We've said all of that to say we're tired, but we're football junkies. We have plenty of room left for Monday Night Football.

The Eagles sat idle in Week 5, but they still have the eighth best odds to reach Super Bowl LIX.
