Often-frustrating Eagles who may be finally turning the corner

Training camp is in full swing, and there are a few Eagles that have frustrated us at times but are making the best of an offseason reboot.

We spend so much time discussing training camp as an opportunity for teams to reboot that we can, at times, neglect mentioning that players are hitting the restart button. Wait! Do video games still come with a reset button? Well, if not, you get the idea. The summer months roll on. The Philadelphia Eagles are preparing for three preseason games, and training camp has been rather interesting.

No one should be shocked if guys are added at some who aren't here now. Everyone should also note that some guys will separate themselves as the hidden gems during the preseason. Keep in mind Reed Blankenship separated himself from the back half of the roster last year with some decent showings once the pads came on and the Eagles started hitting guys who weren't on their roster.

All that has been said to say this. Training camp remains an important talking piece because there's always discussion about the unknown. We always find new faces to cheer for.

Training camp also brings about new energy and resurgence. As always, familiar faces are taking center stage and reminding us that the veterans have something to prove too.
