1. Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles top this list of divisional quarterback rankings. They have the most accomplished quarterback in the division in Jalen Hurts. He's only 24 years old and hasn't reached his season yet. At the rate he is going, it's hard to imagine a scenario where Philly's rivals find someone who is comparable.

Hurts, with his talent and work ethic, could be a viable force in the NFL for the next decade. Philly's rivals figure to endure changes at the position during that time. Hurts is a threat as a rusher and passer as he took his game to another gear in 2017. Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, and Joe Burrow are often seen as being the elite players at the position and as MVP candidates from year to year, but Hurts can be just as good as all of those guys. It will be fun to watch his progression.

The Eagles have also added Marcus Mariota as their backup quarterback, which arguably elevates their quarterback room even further. Gardner Minshew was considered one of the better backup quarterbacks in the league during his time in midnight green. Make no mistake. Mariota provides an upgrade at QB2.

Should Jalen Hurts endure any injuries, Mariota's play style ensures the Eagles won't have to alter their offensive approach. He'd provide a smoother transition than going from Hurts to Minshew. Ian Book is on the roster. Tanner McKee, a traditional dropback passer, was taken in the 2023 NFL Draft, so he is around if needed. There's no doubt about it. The Eagles are home to the best QB room in the division.
