Saquon Barkley's Eagles debut proves he's more dangerous away from Daniel Jones

We believe we have found the key to unlocking all of Saquon Barkley's potential.

Well, here's what we know. The beginning of Saquon Barkley's tenure as a Philadelphia Eagles running back is certainly more interesting than what we saw from Derrick Henry on the Baltimore Ravens roster.

Who would have thought. Lamar Jackson pulls the ball more often than not on the RPO, and Henry is limited mostly to being a decoy.

Well, anyway, that isn't why we're here. Henry might be the Ravens' mistake, while Saquon Barkley is proving to be a phenomenal offensive weapon in Kellen Moore's offense.

The Eagles are in Brazil. Saquon is being featured. And you know what? We like what we're seeing.

It appears all Saquon Barkley needed for a resurgence was to join the Philadelphia Eagles roster (and get away from Daniel Jones).

We won't lie. Maybe it was the Penn State angle, but every time the New York Giants took the field with Saquon in pads, we always kept one eye on what he was doing.

Now, he's one of the good guys, and by the looks of things, all he needed was to distance himself from the G-Men and Daniel Jones.

Barkley's first half of action with the Eagles saw its share of ups and downs. The first play was a toss thrown in his direction. The turf was slippery. He went down without being contacted. The result? A five-yard loss.

Let's just say he's made up for that one.

Philly's first two TDs of the season come by way of a receiving and rushing TD. Saquon crossed the goal line on both.

Words almost don't do what we've seen any justice. For that, we need visuals. Take a look. Appreciate the beauty.

Again, he looks so much better in a Daniel Jones-free offense. Giants fans won't like that take. Honestly, no Birds fan will care.

We just have something we'd like to say, and this is how we'll end this. Take that, Big Blue (and all of you Saquon Barkley haters)! This could be a magical year for Number 26.

Update: He scored again! That's the hat trick. That ties Terrell Owens (2004) for the most in an Eagles jersey.

Let's make long stories shorter. That's pretty doggone impressive!
