The Eagles play the Dolphins on Sunday Night Football. Meanwhile, the Giants and Commanders play each other while the Cowboys are on a bye.
Anxious. Restless. Antsy. These are some of the words to describe the mindset of the Philadelphia Eagles organization regarding how much they want to play their upcoming contest following a disappointing performance in Week 6. Quarterback Jalen Hurts was sloppy with the football as he threw three interceptions during Philadelphia's loss to the New York Jets.
Hurts enters the Week 7 matchup against the Miami Dolphins with seven touchdowns and seven picks. He is on pace to set a new career high in interceptions.
His previous career high was nine. They came during 15 starts in the 2021 season. The fourth-year quarterback has already surpassed last year's total as he finished with six picks in 15 games. If the Eagles are to avoid a losing streak, it would be beneficial to the club if he reduces his mistakes.
