DaRon Bland, cornerback, Dallas Cowboys

Dallas Cowboys corner DaRon Bland is off to quite a start for the Cowboys through four games. The second-year cornerback has 12 solo tackles, four passes defended, and three interceptions. He returned two of those picks for touchdowns.

Cornerback Trevon Diggs is out for the season. That means Bland will continue to assume a big role in Dallas' defense. Can he get the job done? We'll have to wait and see!

It will benefit the Cowboys in their matchup with the San Francisco 49ers if they can force quarterback Brock Purdy to turn over the football. He is one of three starting quarterbacks who have yet to throw an interception.

San Francisco has had Dallas' number recently. The latter would like to avoid another defeat to their conference rival.

Bland was impressive with seven solo tackles and one pass defended in the Cowboys-49ers contest last postseason. He can help lead Dallas to an upset victory with a big game against the potent San Francisco offense.

Prediction for Bland - two solo tackles, one pass defended, one interception, one fumble recovered
