The Philadelphia Eagles had one of the most talented rosters in the entire National Football League in 2022. It took a total team effort to qualify for the Super Bowl. They suffered a narrow loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, but as talented as they are, they'll need another Herculean effort if they're going to battle their way to football's grandest stage again.

This offseason, they lost some stars to free agency. Still, they compensated by adding multiple veteran players who are hungry. Then, in April, they sent shockwaves through the NFL's landscape by drafting young stars with a ton of potential.

Even with some of the noticeable changes (and despite some of the others), Philly still has one of the better rosters in the NFL. This time of year always leads us to discussions about a few young players that need to take a step forward. Here's a trio of some of the more obvious mentions. They can help the roster elevate if they are successful. They can hold their teammates back if they are not.
