Olamide Zaccheaus, Wide Receiver

While the Eagles already have A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith as their two primary wide receivers, the team will need a third to step up throughout the season. This role could be earned by newcomer Olamide Zaccheaus.

Zaccheaus also signed a one-year deal in April after playing the first four seasons of his career with the Atlanta Falcons. He has consistently improved each season, beginning as a sparingly used player in 2019 and developing into a productive piece on offense by the end of 2022.

Last season, Zaccheaus collected 533 receiving yards and three touchdowns. That doubles as a career-high for him in yards from scrimmage. He also matched his career high in receiving touchdowns, a mark he set in 2021. Olamide can also provide some value on special teams. He has experience on both kickoffs and punts.

Zaccheaus isn't elite by any means, but he should be able to provide the Eagles with a reliable and safe third option. He can work primarily out of the slot but also has experience playing some snaps at one of the outside receiver positions. With his skill and versatility, he could be a key stabilizing force for the Eagles offense this season.
