The Philadelphia Eagles own the 22nd pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. While they could move up or down the board during draft night, for now, they're picking 22nd. What time will they be making their selection?

For Eagles fans who don't care about the other 31 picks in the first round of the draft, what time can you expect to tune into the draft coverage to see who Philadelphia selects? Let's try to figure out an approximate time for Eagles fans to tune in.

What time will the Philadelphia Eagles be on the clock in the 2024 NFL Draft?

The draft begins at 8:00 PM EST and every team has 10 minutes to make their selection in the first round of the draft. If every team uses their full 10 minutes, that takes about 200 minutes for the Eagles' turn to come. That being said, this isn't going to be the case because A) Not everyone will use their full 10 minutes, and B) There are still commercials to factor in.

We can also use past drafts to help us figure out when Philly will be on the clock. For instance, last year, while it's hard to find proof of when the 22nd pick went down, we have evidence of when the 21st pick was announced. The Chargers owned the 21st pick in last year's draft and beat reporter Daniel Popper tweeted that Los Angeles had selected Quentin Johnston at 10:38 PM EST.

This means that if the 21st pick was announced at 10:38 PM EST last year, the Eagles should be on the clock around 10:40 PM EST. This obviously isn't a certainty since teams might go faster or slower and we have commercials to think about as well but if Eagles fans don't want to miss the team starting their turn, they should tune in around 10:30 PM EST.

Again, this isn't an exact science, but it's all we have to go off of.
